This position will work on a wide variety of projects relating to the Reputation core platform. We are looking for engineers who can build simple, fast, and elegant software. The Reputation Engineering team is small, flat, and close knit. We want to hear from you if you are ready to build your technical skill set in a fast\-paced, CI/CD environment. **How You’ll Shape the Experience**: * Build high\-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.) * Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high\-quality products to our users * Work in a fast\-paced CI/CD Kanban environment and participate actively in feature development and bug resolution
