**About the Role** As a Staff DevOps Engineer on NinjaOne's Deployment Engineering team, you are a key member of a smart, forward\-thinking, and collaborative DevOps organization. You will own the design, operation, and continuous improvement of NinjaOne's release and deployment pipelines — ensuring that code moves from commit to production quickly, safely, and predictably at scale. This role is focused on the delivery side of CI/CD: building the automation, tooling, and processes that let engineering teams ship confidently and often. This role offers the opportunity to contribute at both a strategic and hands\-on level — architecting deployment automation and release strategy while mentoring others and driving operational excellence. You'll collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, and Corporate IT teams to ensure our platform's release process remains secure, resilient, and fast. We're a fast\-paced, rapidly growing company, and this role is ideal for someone who thrives on owning the "last mile" of software delivery — turning builds into safe, automated, repeatable production deployments. You'll pioneer deployment strategy for new regions, drive down lead time to production, and build the guardrails that let the company ship with confidence. **Location****:** We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL, if you prefer a hybrid option. We hire the best software engineers, but experience in our stack can't hurt: NinjaOne is built on Java, Kotlin, C\+\+, Golang, and Postgres; supporting millions of user endpoints and running as a scalable cloud service in AWS.
