Position: Full Stack Developer Company: CareerSwift Location: Remote, US About the Role CareerSwift is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the evolution of our health services platform. In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend systems to build secure, scalable, and intuitive applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features and participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of web applications Build responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services Work with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and product enhancements Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the entire application stack Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Participate in code reviews and help improve development standards Work in an Agile environment, actively contributing to sprint planning and delivery Requirements 3+ years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, especially React Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or .NET Proven experience developing and integrating REST APIs Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good English communication skills Nice to Have Experience with GraphQL Familiarity with Docker
