1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, whether directly or via Google sign-in.

2. Job Listings & User Content

Registered users and authorized automated clients may submit job listings ("Content") to the Site. You retain ownership of the Content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Site for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any Content you submit.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to submit, post, or link to Content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, including fake job offers or advance-fee schemes;
• Advertises or links to the unlicensed sale of prescription drugs, controlled substances, or other regulated goods;
• Contains spam, malware, phishing links, or unrelated promotional content;
• Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Is discriminatory, or otherwise violates applicable employment or advertising laws; or
• Attempts to circumvent, abuse, or manipulate the Site's systems, including automated submission channels.

We reserve the right to review, reject, remove, or disable any listing or account, at any time and without prior notice, that we believe violates these Terms — including revoking API access for automated submission clients found to be submitting prohibited Content.

4. Third-Party Links

Listings on the Site may include links to third-party "Apply" pages or related job postings. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and your use of such sites is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, branding, and underlying software are owned by JobsFleetFarm or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job listing or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobsFleetFarm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any job listing or third-party link.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
