Adeptus Solutions is looking for a skilled and driven Full Stack Developer to join our remote software engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that span both front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and fellow developers to transform user stories, business requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria into scalable, secure, and maintainable software. You will operate within an Agile/SAFe framework and actively participate in every phase of the software development lifecycle—from requirements refinement and development to testing, code review, deployment, and production support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently on complex tasks, contributing to technical and architectural discussions, troubleshooting application issues, and mentoring less experienced developers. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain full-stack applications. - Convert user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and business rules into technical solutions. - Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly front-end applications with modern web technologies. - Develop back-end services, APIs, application logic, and system integrations. - Design, develop, and maintain database solutions using relational and/or NoSQL systems. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability. - Write clean, efficient, secure, reusable, and well-documented code. - Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions. - Estimate development effort and identify technical dependencies, risks, and constraints. - Participate in peer code reviews and promote best practices in software development.
