**About the Role** La Marina is looking for a **UX \& Automation Designer** to build, design, optimize, and manage the digital systems that power our customer experience and internal operations. This is a **contract\-based role** focused on building and improving La Marina's automation infrastructure across multiple platforms. The role combines **UX/UI design, workflow automation, systems integration, and operational process design**. You will be responsible for creating seamless systems across La Marina's booking, customer communication, operations, fleet management, marketing, and internal workflows. The ideal candidate is someone who can look at a manual process and say, **"This can be automated."** **Contract \& Compensation** * **Engagement:** Contract\-based * **Compensation:** **$100 for the project/contract** * **Work Arrangement:** Remote * The contractor will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and documenting the agreed\-upon automation and UX systems. * Additional work or future projects may be discussed separately based on performance and La Marina's ongoing needs. **Key Responsibilities1\. Build La Marina's Automation Ecosystem** * Design and implement automations across all major La Marina platforms. * Identify repetitive manual processes and convert them into automated workflows. * Build automated customer journeys from **lead → inquiry → booking → confirmation → pre\-trip → trip → post\-trip → review/follow\-up**. * Automate internal notifications, reminders, task assignments, status changes, and follow\-ups. * Create systems that reduce human error and improve operational efficiency. * Continuously monitor, test, troubleshoot, and improve existing automations. **2\. Monday.com Systems \& Workflow Design** * Maintain and optimize La Marina's **Monday.com** workspaces, boards, dashboards, and workflows. * Create automated workflows for: * New bookings * Customer management * Staff assignments * Boat/jet ski availability * M
